An empty Corn Crib sits alone and cold,
It seems, Inhuman, to be treated, so crude.
Can it be that Buildings are treated like People,
Left to age and crumble in their, “SOLITUDE.”
Life starts out full of “Hope and Promise.”
Hearts are warm and look forward to each day.
People’s lives are touched by family and friends,
As they walk “LIFE’S ROAD” with “HILLS” and the “UNKNOWN” in their way.
It’s very rewarding to have a family and a job.
There’s much Pride in always doing one’s best.
HARD WORK AND HONESTY Keep Order in life.
For, without them failure will, surely, creep into your Nest.
There are always a few who seem to take the “WRONG ROAD,”
Or, who are “LED ASTRAY” when they need to be Strong.
Their minds wander away from what, “GOD WANTED FOR THEM,”
And, they end up being “SEPARATED” for the things they did Wrong.
An EMPTY CORN CRIB, sits, “ALONE AND SEPARATED” in a field,
It’s “SYMBOLIC” of the “PRICE “ man must pay.
Perhaps, with TIME and HINDSIGHT, and the INSTINCT TO SURVIVE,
The CORN CRIB WILL FILL and MAN WILL HAVE A “NEW DAY.”
(A picture is worth a thousand words.)
